Welcome to our website
The tradition of baking bread is going back to hundreds of years in
the history. 'Langosh' (also known as langallo, langali, bodag, pompos,
bukti, vakarek) was made of dough left over from bread baking. The dough
was flattened than fried, and served with lard, sour cream, or jam.
You can find us all over Hungary at different markets and craft fairs,
where we present the art of making 'langosh'. Our guests are kindly
invited to taste the 'langosh' as it was made by our great grandparents.
Our aim is to keep its tradition alive and pass it on to the next generations.
We use the traditional tools in traditional surroundings and try to
recreate the reminiscent atmosphere of the time past long ago.
Apart from presentations our guests also have the opportunity on occasions
to knead their own dough, and as the langosh is ready, sauce to their
taste with cheese, bacon, onion, cabbage or sour cream. Children won't
be bored since they can enjoy our live shows instantly.
